Who we are
DM Software is a team of engineers based in Athens that builds websites, provides SEO and marketing, and develops automations and AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses.
Our services
The services described on this site are indicative. The exact scope, cost, and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate, written proposal or contract.
Results
We work toward measurable goals, but results also depend on factors outside our control — your industry, competition, the market. We don't guarantee specific numbers unless explicitly agreed in writing.
No lock-in
Engagements are monthly and without lock-in: you can stop whenever you want, with notice before the next billing period.
Intellectual property
On full payment, the deliverables we create specifically for you are yours. General-purpose tools, libraries, or code we use remain ours.
Liability
We make every reasonable effort to keep the site and our services working correctly, but they are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
